GIDLogin almost ready

As you can see, the GIDLogin area is now available on every page (see top right).

If you are a member of GIDForums™, you can now log into this site with the same username and password... Try it!

Otherwise, you can register an account... that will work too! :p

I have a little bit more work to do with the error handling bits... but for the most part, it works.

Over the next few days, I will be working on the GIDNetwork Member's Area. Hopefully, it will be the one place from where you can manage all your information for all the sites in GIDNetwork™.
